Alguém ai passou por algum problema ao modificar o datasource para trabalhar com mysql no Grails 2.0? Estou tendo este problema:

 Error 2011-12-29 11:26:19,157 [Thread-9] ERROR context.GrailsContextLoader - Error executing bootstraps: Error creating bean with name 'transactionManagerPostProcessor': Initialization of bean failed; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'transactionManager': Cannot resolve reference to bean 'sessionFactory' while setting bean property 'sessionFactory'; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'sessionFactory': Cannot resolve reference to bean 'lobHandlerDetector' while setting bean property 'lobHandler'; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'lobHandlerDetector': Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is org.springframework.jdbc.support.MetaDataAccessException: Error while extracting DatabaseMetaData; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot load JDBC driver class 'com.mysql.jdbc.Driver'

Segue meu datasource:
dataSource {
pooled = true
driverClassName = "com.mysql.jdbc.Driver"
username = "xxx"
password = "xxxxxxx"
}
hibernate {
cache.use_second_level_cache = true
cache.use_query_cache = true
cache.region.factory_class = 'net.sf.ehcache.hibernate.EhCacheRegionFactory'
}
// environment specific settings
environments {
development {
dataSource {
dbCreate = "update" // one of 'create', 'create-drop', 'update', 'validate', ''
url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/xxxxxxx"
}
}
test {
dataSource {
dbCreate = "update"
url = "jdbc:h2:mem:testDb;MVCC=TRUE"
}
}
production {
dataSource {
dbCreate = "update"
url = "jdbc:h2:prodDb;MVCC=TRUE"
pooled = true
properties {
maxActive = -1
minEvictableIdleTimeMillis=1800000
timeBetweenEvictionRunsMillis=1800000
numTestsPerEvictionRun=3
testOnBorrow=true
testWhileIdle=true
testOnReturn=true
validationQuery="SELECT 1"
}
}
}
}

}
hibernate {
cache.use_second_level_cache = true
cache.use_query_cache = true
cache.region.factory_class = 'net.sf.ehcache.hibernate.EhCacheRegionFactory'
}
// environment specific settings
environments {
development {
dataSource {
dbCreate = "update" // one of 'create', 'create-drop', 'update', 'validate', ''
url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/xxxxxxx"
}
}
test {
dataSource {
dbCreate = "update"
url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/xxxxxxx"
}
}
production {
dataSource {
dbCreate = "update"
url = "jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/xxxxxxx"
pooled = true
properties {
maxActive = -1
minEvictableIdleTimeMillis=1800000
timeBetweenEvictionRunsMillis=1800000

Qual era o problema? O Driver que estava ausente?

Cannot load JDBC driver class 'com.mysql.jdbc.Driver'

Não, o engraçado é que o driver estava presente e mesmo assim ele dava essa mensagem.
Modifiquei todas as url's, após isso funcionou.

Tive problema semelhante e só consegui revolver dando um "clean" na aplicação.
